Abstract:
We join Hawee Group - a multiindustry group known only for the electromechanical field. Hawee does very well in business but has never officially invested and spent time in communication activities, so it is obvious that people have shortcomings in awareness about the company. Therefore, together with Hawee Group's communication team, we started to build a strategy to change the company's image by changing the logo and brand identity. Aiming to have a clear understanding of this business both inside and outside the company
Hawee is a B2B business, their business categories are diverse. However, despite such good business performance, Hawee's previous communication activities have not been put into operation. We offer a long-term communication roadmap for this campaign, because changing the logo - brand identity requires time, cannot be quickly. The campaign is divided into 2 main phases ("2022-2023" and "2024-2025"). For the first half of 2022, we and Hawee Group decided to focus on internal communications, our team being involved in the whole process
