In this business plan, the authors will discuss Tripler- the ultimate travel solution for self-planned travelers. They will use the CANVAS model to demonstrate and analyze the business plan of creating and developing the application. The applications will have four distinctive features that will help to relieve self-planned travelers’ pains and create more gains for them. The chosen market will be focused on five Southeast Asia countries with targeted customers range from Gen Y to Gen Z regarding their distinctive characteristics which will match the trends for travel in the future. From given points, Tripler will distinguish its main activities to operate properly, the channel to deliver and promote the product, marketing activities and the strategy for earning its profits. Finally, the business plan will cover the financial projection to determine the possibility of this project.
