Abstract: This document presents a business plan for the Lala House Homestay franchise facility of FPT university students in Tay Ho district - Hanoi. This plan is based on a thorough research and survey of customers' needs and desires regarding accommodation services in Hanoi. With the mission of being a reliable and dedicated partner, the Lala House team wishes to bring a comfortable, close and memorable homestay experience to customers in Hanoi Lala House Homestay's target customers are people aged 18 to 27, with a fairly average income. Our goal is to provide customers with a beautiful, comfortable, and comfortable accommodation space that feels like home in Hanoi. We understand that tourists need to look for comfortable, convenient and personal places to stay, where they can experience life and feel the living space of Hanoi. Our business plan will focus on market calculation and analysis, building special value for Lala House franchise facility in Tay Ho district, financial planning and marketing plan. We will also propose solutions to handle risks that may arise when we go into operation. All of this will be implemented and planned closely to reality to ensure the success and sustainable development of the Lala House Tay Ho franchise.
