FU's Event Management Phase 2

Abstract

FPT University is a highly regarded institution in Vietnam, renowned for its diverse student community and lively campus culture. The university offers a wide range of experiences and exciting activities for students, including events on a variety of themes. With an increasing number of students, the demand for events and activities organised by the university and its groups is also on the rise, making effective management and organisation more crucial than ever. To improve the system and support the organisation process, the G10 group has been authorised by FPT University to continue developing phase 2 of the FU Event Management website. The platform already boasts key features such as event management, feedback management, student management, and group event management, meeting the needs of groups and organisations within the university. The G10 group is committed to developing additional features that will streamline the management process and attract more participants to events. The FU Event Management website has a user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and use. The system is equipped with a variety of functions that cater to the diverse needs of all stakeholders, providing a centralised database of events happening within the university. This allows students to easily register for events, access comprehensive event information, and provide feedback. With the aim of collecting feedback and attracting a wider range of event participants, including alumni and other stakeholders, there will be further upgrades in the preparation, management, and organisation of events. This will enhance the professionalism, transparency, and agility of event organisation at FPT University. With upgraded features on the event management system, organising events on campus becomes easier and more efficient, enhancing the experience and satisfaction of participating in events. This contributes to creating a dynamic, diverse, and thriving learning environment and student life at FPT University.
