Abstract:
Nowadays, snacks sold outside the school gates have become popular in Vietnam, such as shrimp balls, fish balls, fried cheese, fried sausages, grilled meat, drinks,… and sweets, snacks of unknown origin, unlimited use always attract students. Origin and expiry date are always attractive to students. Junk food sold at school gates is popular in Vietnam, mainly small and small traditional vending carts of the private sector, the investment capital is not large, the quality of food safety and hygiene is worrisome.
Through the process of researching and learning about the needs of Vietnamese students in general and Hanoi students in particular, we have established the business project "SNACK MIX-Chain of trolleys selling snacks at the school gate”. SNACK MIX is a model that has not yet appeared in Hanoi (newly popular in Ho Chi Minh City) and is a new, strange, and eye-catching product. This is a huge competitive advantage của chúng tôi. Milk tea buffet is currently a trend product and the place we do business has not yet appeared. The customer segment that we target is university students and high school pupils between the ages of 16 and 22 years old. All the people who like snacks at the school gate want to find us to meet friends to relieve stress after school. With this business plan, we want to provide new and unique dishes that have never been seen in Thach That district & Son Tay town for students, pupil. More deeply, we want to promote the development of the school-gate snack trolley chain business model in the Vietnamese market.
Specifically, when we started our business, we placed a snack cart at the gates of 4 schools: FPT University, Hai Ba Trung-Thach That High School, Son Tay High School and Tung Thien High School. This is the first place we want to bring the nearest snacks products to customers in the journey to realize the dream of opening a chain of trolleys selling school gate snacks in the Vietnamese market. The main product we want to bring to our customers is a mixed snack. 5 6 In addition, we also sell products with passion fruit juice and milk tea. To buy our products, there are 2 ways: come directly to the shopping trolley at the school gate or contact the store in many different ways such as ordering via facebook fanpage, facebook group and shopee food. SNACK MIX staff will come to the place requested by the customer to deliver the food.
This thesis will give a detailed business plan of SNACK MIX including market analysis, action plan, financial and marketing analysis. In addition, we are also given the risk management that may occur during the operation. And finally the relevant future directions for the company to pursue
