Job Recommendation and Matching System

Abstract

Nowadays, there were many problems in recruitment process in Vietnam. Many people spend too much time and effort for job seeking phase but suitable jobs for them is always a dream which is out of their hands. In the other hand, many companies also send tons of cash and work force into recruitment phase , and then they have to continue spending more and more to retrain who they have rented because they lack not only skill but also experience and knowledge. In fact, we are wasting more and more things for defects in recruitments phase. More useful things will be done if we can save anything from it. The problem is that we must find a fast and effective way to match employee to suitable employer.
