Abstract

Lately, gift card has becoming more popular in many ways of business as well as in daily life. In other countries, websites that allow user to exchange, buy or sell their gift cards gradually appeared and became an important part of common business. Unfortunately, this potential market is not yet explored in Vietnam. It is hard to buy, sell or exchange gift cards and trading via social network or E commerce forums can’t guarantee full benefits of users: hard to follow the card’s information or seller/buyer or searc h for needed gift cards.
